I think what everyone mentioned before is the best practices for getting "Free money off"  however IMO  the Referral is the key, this company literally sells it self, just show your friends and family how much money they can save without having all the bells and whistles and call centers like the other guys. That will help you lower your bill ($1 per referral every month) but also save your friends and family money, It's a Win-Win
