I was under the impression that when something ends on a certain day, it ended at 11:59 PM that day. Not the morning of the day.
All these plans at Public Mobile had an expiration of April 9th, which is today, but does not April 9th today, and at 11:59 PM? Should all those plan not still be there? They are all gone, replaced by 'new' offers.
So if today is my birthday, is it not my birthday on until 11.59 pm? Or is my birthday done before it even starts?

No, I'm referring to the promotional plans that were to expire April 9.

@Sansan I agree with you that’s the normal way one would imagine it to be , your b day would end 11:59 pm . Anything else is just silly and made up

HI @Sansan
if you meant the cycle date, then yes, there is always confusion.
if you see Mar 10, 2024 - Apr 09, 2024 show up for your cycle, then the cycle actually ends April 8 , ot April 9. or you can see it as ending on April 9 00:00.
So, PM will renew your account around April 9 2am account to *611, so, you do have 2 hours grace period 🙂
