I had a message that my services are on hold due to my subscription expiring. My phone does not work and it says that my next payment is due Feb
please help

you can try dialing 611 to hear current plan status. You can also pay for renewal using your on-file payment card...you will need to know your Public Mobile pin.
added...BTW; sounds like you may have an old 90 day plan ? If so, log in to your account and have a peek at some of the newer plans available...you might be able to $ave some ca$h and have better features...ie; more data.
