What is activation?

I was trying to log in to the account, and I was asked to pay $50 and activate it. I paid, although I am already a paying customer with a Public Mobile phone, and I got nowhere. All I wanted to know was whether I could use the phone in the US with the current subscription. I have spent well over 2 hours and gotten nowhere.  How do I find out what my subscription is and whether it is valid in the US?

Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket.  So, you will need to message them here:

Thank you for the reply. When I log in, I get the screen below. It is asking me to complete the activation. When I go there, it assumes that I am transferring a phone. It says my current phone is invalid!

i think you should change your community id, look like you are using the account number.  You wont to protect it and not let anyone know your account number.

Please ask PM support agent to change the Community id and they can also confirm if your plan has US roaing.  But since it is a $50 plan, I think it is included

             Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" ,  "Other",  "Log In".  
             (If unable to receive 2FA SMS, click "Didn't Receive Code" or "Resend Code" and Select "Send Email")

yours should be a Canada US or Canada US Mexico plan.  But you can check it yourself.  Can you login My Account and go to Subscription & Add-on page to confirm the plan details? Post a screenshot and we can confirm
