TRANSFERRED SERVICE FROM PM TO KOODO....

PLEASE HELP OR I AM GOING TO FAINT, 

I SWITCHED FROM PM TO KOODO, THINGS WENT WELL AND THEN HOUR LATER I GET A MESSAGE THAT MY SERVICE HAS BEEN SUSPENDED, NOW I AM ON THE PHONE WITH KOODO BUT ITS JUST BEEN MUSIC, ALL I WANT IS MY SERVICE BACK.  I STILL HAVE 30 DAYS WITH PM.  PLEASE HELP, REINSTATE MY PM SERVICE.  I NEED MY PHONE BACK PLEASE.  I AM A PERSON WITH DISABILITY AND HAVE DOCTORS AND SUPPORT WORKERS CALLING AND I HAVE BEEN OFFLINE FOR AN HOUR NOW, PLEASE HELP

if you transfer to Koodo, this is really a Koodo's question to ask if the service in question is Koodo

but if you see PM service is no longer working, it means the porting was completed
