I lost my phone, but I can still access my email account. Two-step verification is being sent to a phone number attached to my Eversafe account, which I don't have anymore. I have changed my password and can now log into the community, but not into my account.

You can click on Resend Code or Didn’t Receive Code and have the 2FA code sent to your email.
You can access your account on the Community page so go to the 3 horizontal bars top right on the PM app then to My Account or on the website.

Log in again but when you tell it to resend the code, have it sent to by voice message. Call your cell number from a different phone and type in your voicemail password to access it. The 2FA Eversafe code will have been left in a voicemail message that you can listen to.
