How to submit a Cancellation notice

you don't need your phone number? you don't need to port out to another carrier?

Since PM is prepaid, you paid for the month and won't get any refund if you leave early.  So, it doesn't matter which date you closed the account, you just make sure PM does not charge you again after the current cycle.

So, what you need to do is to login My Account, go to Profile page, Manage Subscription and turn off "Subscribed"

if you are not porting your number out, you need to manage the cancellation yourself.

just go to My Account and disable Subscribed from Payment -> Manage Subscription
