Where can i find the 12 digit voucher pin number? My credit card was expiring, I was trying to update my new credit card number but the online page always said we are unable to process at this moment. And now the service is blocked. Can anybody tell me where can I find the 12 digit voucher pin or the way to update the payment option?

go to My Account, Profile, click the pencil besides your name and you can enter the address again there

Hi @Hem083 some people say not important, but lest try
Update the My Account's profile with address and postal code same as your credit card
then wait an hour, and try to add the new credit card, at this time, the postal code on the card and on the system should match

Curret credit card postal code is different then what I have on the profile. But I tried with both and it still doesn't allow to change.

HI @Hem083 the address on My Account's profile is the same as address with the credit card? you entered the correct postal code?
if everything was correct and still the same, please submit a ticket with CS Agent here:

it is not uncommon that payment page has issue. Try to wait an hour and try again using Incognito/Private/Secret mode on your browser and it will work
Or get a voucher from Shoppers drug mark. The 12 digits pin will be there on the voucher slip. Call *611 on your phone to topup using the voucher pin

@Hem083 did you get a voucher yet? You need to get a voucher from shops like SDM/711/London Drug/Shell and then you can load the voucher using either *611 on your phone or My Account
If you already got a voucher and unable to find the 12 digits pin, check this thread and it has some images where to find the voucher pin there
