I have set up the autopay. but It showed up in the self serve. I hope just system hasnt been refreshed yet. Please improve the system thx

The system has been updated in the morning. SMS works nice too.

You are right. My phone works fine. Let me check back in the morning. Hopefully PM will improve the system soon. I found self serve runs slow all the time.

If you check your phone, it should still be working. As far as I know, the self-serve does this to everyone and it's just bad programming.
The self-serve site system pretty much sees that you haven't paid for the next billing cycle and as of midnight, it will report that your account is suspended. But, in reality, Public Mobile doesn't even try to charge you for the next renewal until a few hours later. Your account doesn't actually get suspended though unless the autopay system hasn't added the funds into your account at the time that Public tries to remove it from your account balance to pay for the plan.
