Hi,
I was advised yesterday to order the SIM card from Amazon as my initial SIM order through the website while purchasing the subscription has still not been delivered. My new SIM card arrived today from Amazon and I have activated the plan. See screenshots of receipts from the initial order through the website and the recent order through Amazon. Please issue a credit amounting to $10 for the SIM card order.

You will need to contact a CS_Agent for a credit but keep in mind that the Canada Post dispute was finalized today that will cause the delay.

for the reimbursement of the extra sim cost, you can try to ask PM for that. submit a ticket with CS Agent using Chatbot here:
