Hi, I accidentally deleted my eSIM, and now I can’t log in to my Public Mobile account. Eversafe is sending the verification code to my number, but I can’t receive it since I don’t have the eSIM activated. I also tried scanning the eSIM QR code from my email, but it says it’s no longer valid.
Is there any way I can recover my eSIM or get help accessing my account? Thank you!

Hello @ POGIAKO,
An eSIM can only be purchased from the online account. You’ll need to buy a physical SIM card, which we will activate for you, and once you regain access to your online account, you can switch back to an eSIM if you’d like.
