Hello, I am not able to make or receive calls on my public mobile, though my payments are updated. I am having an issue with the network. I even tried putting the SIM on another phone, but there was no difference.

Did you just change plan?
What phone you have? Try Reset Network Settings

@RRATTI what type of phone do you have?
Public Mobile has made changes to their 3G band lately. If your phone is not voLTE on their approved list of phones it could be why you are not able to make and receiving calls.
