International call add-on cancellation

Hello, I just purchased a 300 international call to call my family in Iran. But when I call, a public mobile connection error comes up. I assume maybe Iran is not in the international call plan? Is there anyway to cancel the add-on and get a refund?

Submit a ticket and ask for a refund.  Did you check which countries were covered before you made the purchase?  On the app... it is under terms and conditions.
