Good morning !!
I sent a request for help, since I was triple billed and only received a credit for one of the overbilled MRC.
How do I check if this was addressed in the last few weeks? Or find a reply ?

Hi,
Check for their response on your inbox 📥. The envelope or the bell upper right corner.
Where do you see the one credit? Your credit card? Or sometimes they give you a credit on your My Account.
Did you sign into your My Account? There is a section that says Available Funds. Do you see any money there?
That would be used to pay your next month's bill first.
