what kind of company has no support? I’m an old lady with terminal cancer who’s now out 30 bucks

I did everything I was supposed to do.Got the app,paid and attempt to activate the eSIM and it crashes .Everytime I log in I have to go thought the two factor thing (11x now) even though I’ve said trusted device
I can’t finish up the subscription and I have no one to help me with that.
im just shocked a company owned by Telus doesn’t have actual agents to troubleshoot a problem.Def have made a horrible impression on me and I just want my money back. They can keep this garbage service .Bank says 30 days for mymoney back…which I need to set up with another company.Not a good look on public mobile to have a terminally ill woman out of money and getting no help. Def going to the media with this garbage

so did you download the Public Mobile app to your cellphone to activate your new account ? Do you have a Public Mobile sim or are you gonna get an esim ?
