Do you see the data add on in your self service account, under Data and Add on section? If you don't see it, that usually mean it is gone.
If you used it up, it is gone. It was a one time add on. Unused data would roll over to next month.

If you saw it on your account at one point, and now you no longer see it, then that means it was all used up.
It could have gotten used incrementally over your Data Plan each cycle since Christmas quite easily.
