UGH, I spoke too soon. Back down again now but maybe a good sign I was able to make a call that progress is being made to get service back to functional.

we don't know.  But someone just have the voice issue resolved.  Try reboot phone and hope same good news for you

AB only, no way, salmon arm 1144 PDST, no voice service yet

actually a community member just said he is ok with making calls now.  Maybe reboot phone and test

we don't know, we are just customers. 

The latest update was at 2:37pm, but it has no mention of the ETA

you can try to ask PM, but I doubt any agent able to tell either

@Mommafox no official time has been given but they are actively working on a fix. You can check back here in a bit to see if there are any updates as a CS_agent will often post that a solution has been made

There is a problem with outbound calls Public Mobile is aware and working on it. You can reach a agent by private message with the following link

yes , there is current problem with voice , especially with calling out

you should let PM knows you are one of those affected as well.   Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen

@Melm4 it's a system issue.  PM is aware and are currently working on a fix.

@Chadder  there is a known issue right now regarding phone calls. Public Mobile is aware of it and are working on a fix. 

If you want to contact public mobile directly,  use the orange chatbot below to create a ticket.

this am is the first I noticed but I can't call out, not even my own voicemail. call drops suddenly. my acccount is paid up and doesn't renew till the 23rd and all looks fine there, Help!

I cannot receive any call in Edmonton.  Anyone know how long the outage is going to be?

currently in Walnutgrove area of North Langley. Map does not show outage in this area

@Ab2794 text and data should still be working for you hopefully and incoming calls. TELUS is aware and hopefully have it resolved soon

no problem yesterday but today all morning cannot make outgoing calls. No change in service plans,  no transfer of phone number

@Pal222 sounds like you are part of the outage area. Nothing you can do except hold on till it's been resolved.

@R_M are you in BC, AB or SK? There is an outage going on right now in western Canada affecting voice calls but text and data seems to still work.

If you are not in western Canada, have you tried restarting your phone
