is this a new-to-you cellphone...did you just buy it 2nd hand ? Have you successfully activated a new Public Mobile account ? If so, how far did you get ?
added...from a different cellphone, dial 1-855-4pu-blic, then dial your Public Mobile number to see if it's been activated or Suspended or whatever. Others have had success by shutting down the cell, removing the sim for a moment...then putting it back in and restarting. Let us know if anything helps.
if you activated a new account and still get that Emergency Calls Only message...then you'll need Customer Support to help. Click on this link to start that process. Give them as much account info as you can ie: ph number, account number, name on the account, PM pin number...etc. Watch the little envelop icon on top right side of page will be highlighted when they respond...
