 Where can I try to log in to my account it's impossible because after I hit log in it says page expired every time I cannot log in to do anything plz help

Yup,  that's why - good idea to log in every couple months to avoid. 

Need CSA's to restore self-serve access.

I even tried on a device that has never logged into public mobile and the same thing. But I think it's related to the account not being logged into for over 90 days as @gpixel  (4?) has alluded to in the past. The last time I logged into this account was in December to check that the "more is merrier" gifts were added.

That is interesting.

I also use a different mobile device at times, and when I try to log in using another family members credentials, it frequently fails and when it does, my credentials then seem to be populating the fields after login failure messaging is displayed.

It's almost as if it ignores what I've manually entered and somehow blends the login credentials with my other user.

I just don't bother using that other device to log into self-serve now.

No.....I get username/password wrong (which it isnt) then when I tried password reset it doesn't send anything to the email.

Are you getting what the OP describes ( message below ), or is the browser simply not loading and continually working/spinning:

Trust me I have done everything on 5 different devices. But I don't have access to a laptop or desktop.

I'm able to log in with both mobile browser on Android and laptop device using Microsoft Edge.

What are you using?  Incognito or private tab DOESN'T work, even after clearing cache and cookies?

I dont use autofil and have no issues logging into my accounts but I've been stuck in the same loop as the OP for nearly 18 hours for one of my referrals who had their phone stolen. Still waiting for a reply from customer support on 2 community accounts with messages first sent 16 hours ago and the last one a few minutes ago. No laptop or desktop to access. Public mobile service is Grrrrreat! 🐯

No need to use a different device, @Yummy 

The issue the OP describes happened to me several months ago - no matter how much I tried (on mobile Android browser), I could not log in.   I kept tapping the log in button after my credentials auto-filled.   

I was SURE I'd never get in.

Until one day, I did not tap "Login" and, low and behold, the system auto logged me in.   Go figure!!!

Didn't I feel like the fool after weeks of being unable to log in.   But I learned how simple it was - just do nothing after credentials auto-fill.

Try using different browser. Try Incognito/private mode. Clear browser’s cache. Try forced refresh. Use computer and not phone to log in.

If you're using a mobile device with stored/remembered credentials, sometimes when these autofill, the device also attempts to automatically log you in. 

If your device auto-fills your Username and Password credentials, do not then tap the sign in button.

The system may then try to then log you in automatically.

If you tap sign-in when it's trying to auto login, it will deliver an error message every time and not let you login.

Since PM website has caches issue, so clear caches , cookies then using computer and private or incognito mode browser to login. For some mysteriously reasons, mobile device some times hard to login, so don't use mobile device to login.

@mariaharkness19   On some browsers you don't need to hit "login" and just need to wait a few seconds for the auto login to proceed.   Make sure to always use incognito/private mode for logins because of caching problems with PM's website.
