actually, you can use Google Find phone service for Samsung and non-Samsung phones as well. Use the Google link I posted above

If it was an iPhone or Samsung phone, you can login to your Apple account or Samsung account and track your phone on Find My.

You don't need your pin # to access your account just your email/username and password. Or do you mean you can't reset your password? If you can access your email for the verification code but can't recieve it try logging in on a desktop or laptop computer if you have access to one?

and some advise to what to do once you got the access back
, you might want to first supsend your service first until you got a replacement sim card;
Login to My Account, from Quick Links on the top right, click Lost/Stolen Phone
Then get a Public Mobile sim card from
Once you got the sim card, go to My Account from ONLY a desktop or laptop computer to request Change Sim card (please note that due to some glitches, accessing change sim care from mobile phone or tablet won't work)
After you logged in, unsuspend first if you have suspended your service earlier.
Then click Quick Links on the top right and select Change Sim card and follow the steps from there.
And for your lost phone, maybe you can use the FindMy service to locate the phone and try a remote wipe

After getting access by contacting the Customer Support Agents as below, go into the account and set it as "Lost/Stolen".
To contact a Customer Support Agent, there are 2 methods:
Watch for their response in your Community private mailbox which will be indicated by a number on the small envelope icon to the left of your Community avatar.
