Hey we activated a 40$ voucher today and it shows us the credit in our account. But the account also shows us, that the time frame is/was for the previous month?!? We bought the voucher today 07/19 and it shows us that expired on 07/16.. why, how? Anyone having the same issue?

What expired? Is your account now suspended? Was your account suspended before? Are the services working?
Adding - Do you mean this day changed?
