Hi this phone line was purchased for a family member visting from overseas. They left on December 7th and I sworn I had sent a message and was told they turned off the subscribed feature. I just got charged $50.85 for a renewal even though the line hasnt been used since 12/07. I need you to issue me a refund for a service I am not using and do not need.

If you sent a message, requesting Public Mobile to turn off the subscription, is that message still in your sent private message mailbox?

If it isn’t, they may or may not issue a refund as this is a self serve feature.
To disable the subscription, sign into the self-serve account and disable it yourself under Subscription tab, then Manage Subscription.
That way, the card will not automatically be upon renewal.
