Was overcharged and want refund

I went on the app this morning, tried to pay, still showed owing, paid then saw on my account it went through the first time.  I want a refund for one of those charges of 51.75.  It's been most of the day trying to reach someone to help me.

So here's the thing. Companies are happy to take your money in the blink of an eye. Some companies, not all, but this one, take a while to do an actual refund which might even extend out to past your next renewal by which time that balance will have been used to renew.

HI @JBonia it is very easy to contact the agent.  Just submit a ticket and they will reply in 2 hours.  You don't need to change or cancel

you have a valid reason for the demand.  Please open ticket with PM support and work with them for a refund

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there

If the PM app showed my first payment went through I wouldn't have to demand a refund.

please DO NOT ask the bank for a refund or charge back. PM is prepaid provider and is very sensitive to charge back (as some people use this trick to get a month of free service).  When a chargeback is made, PM will suspended your account immediately and you need to pay using vouchers for 12 months to have your account back in good standing

So, if you want to proceed with a refund, please open ticket with PM support instead

For $45 on Available fund, this is correct, you got charged $45 + 15%tax.  PM always shows only the pre-tax amount.  Tax will be added at the credit card transaction

 

 

If the extra payment you made is in your balance then just leave it there for next renewal.

usually refund with any businesses are 5 days to 10 business days.  Could be faster, but expect the worst

2 weeks?  You app has issues and you're saying 2 weeks?  I need it refunded immediately.  This is unacceptable.  Please put me in contact with someone who can do this now.  I did see 45 dollars available, I asked my bank to refund it but they're waiting on you.  I was charged 51.75 so why is it showing 45?

the extra you pay should be there in your My Account , showing as Available Fund. Use Incognito/Private/Secret mode on your browser to login and check if it is there.  If it is, you can choose to leave it there and PM will use the money for your next renewal

But if you still want a refund, could take 2 weeks anyway, please submit ticket with CS agent :
