while you wait for them to respond...perhaps you could let us know what the problem is...maybe we can help. Sounds like you're having trouble activating a new PM account. Make sure you're using the PM app to complete the activation.
Usually takes several hours before CSA will respond to requests (either via private message or ticketing system). During busier times, can even take up to 48 hours.
