I have been waiting for 4 weeks for a SIM card in order to complete activation of my new account. Last message that I received was "Activate your SIM card". Well I still don't have it, what should I do?

@HortonCommunity if you have Amazon Prime you can order one from Amazon for $5 (cheapest price) and with Prime you will have free shipping and it should arrive next day. Next best option would be as suggested already, go to Telus/Koodo store in person and buy one for $10 but best to call ahead first to make sure they have them.

@HortonCommunity That’s too long , be quicker to pick up from Telus/ Koodo store or order from amazon . Reach out to support they may reimburse you to do so

Sim card delivery can be 3 days to 3 weeks here, but you waited longer
Best to ask PM support agent for status, you can submit by direct message:

Better to ask if you can pickup another one from a nearby Telus or Koodo store instead of wait longer to have them resend a new one
