Am trying to pay for my service thru vouchers online not accepting. Displays an error

This has the feel of a new bug.
Try entering them by dialing *611 and following the prompts.

Are you sure you're entering the correct PIN from the voucher? It would usually have 12 digits.
Also, try these tips:
-clear your browser cookies/cache
-use a different browser
-use private/incognito browsing mode
-turn off ad/pop-up blockers
-use a different device (tablet, desktop, laptop)
If that doesn't help, then you'll need a moderator.
