So I purchased a 20 dollar voucher today so I could put  it

On my account balance. So I could be able to get data  because I ran out and my balance is still showing nnothing.can someone help me with this issue @help

@Catlincook321  - adding funds to an account does not automatically give you access to more Data usage.

 

Unless, your account was currently suspended and you needed to added funds to reactivate services.

In this case, did the voucher get added and was applied to reactive your plan?

 

Or, did you mean you wanted to added funds (via a voucher) to purchase a data addon?

 

I guess the main question is your current account status (as @softech askes) and what happened when you tried  to add the voucher...an error, or applied to an amount owing...?

@Catlincook321  have you load your voucher in yet?  If so, can you confirm what is the account status now and what is the Available Fund now?  You can check transaction log to confirm if the money was properly loaded and if it was used towards anything

 

And, you actually want to use the $20 to by  data add-on  ?

If you know your 4 digit account pin # you can purchase a data add on thru 611 as well.

Did you load the voucher onto your account via your self serve account or 611? If not it's easiest by calling 611 from your phone. Press (1) then (1) again and enter the 12 digit voucher PIN #. You will be told that you successfully added a payment and recieve a text from 611 confirming it. You will then have to log into your self serve account and go to the add ons page to select, confirm and submit your purchase of either the $5/200mb or better value $15/1gb data add on. Unless you intended to change your plan to a larger data plan....depending on how much data you need.
