i sent a payment of $43 this morning it shows i have a balance of $83 but my voucher was not accepted so it seems and my service was not reactivated on the phone it says i only have a balance of $19 i want my service restored if not i will go elsewhere my phone number is xxx-xxx-xxxx

What kind of business tells customers in good standing that their account is expired when it isn't ??
So the only way you can believe any warning is when your phone stops working ?

Can you edit out your phone number please....by clicking on the 3 dots at the top right corner of your post. How did you load your voucher? Thru your self serve account or via 611?
