Voucher entry error. Error with Each form of communication

I have been  having issues redeeming my vouchers. I tried the app, the phone website and with a laptop. But none of it works. The whole public infrastructure seems to be bleak and incompetent.

I even tried submitting a ticket but you can guess that it did not work either.

I need a customer service rep to reach out ASAP and get the voucher digits from us and enter them because obviously the tools they provide their customers do not work.

adding @volodymyr1  some vouchers need 24 hours after purchase to be able to use them
