My account won't allow me to make a payment using my credit card or debit card. I've spoken with my bank (CIBC) and when I attempt to make a payment, they can see the transaction on my account and there's no issues there. My credit card encounters an error when I input the card details where the website won't accept it, we've triple checked my billing address etc and they insist it's an issue with the vendor (public). The website accepts my debit card onto the account but has now failed twice to take a payment, again have been on the phone with the bank whilst trying to make this transaction and there's no issues from their end. Any help would be appreciated, as a short term fix I can buy a voucher and upload it to my account but that's not a sustainable approach for me.

Hi Handy, annoyingly I'm unable to download the app. I'm from the UK and brought my phone over with me. All my other apps are set up in the UK and so if I transfer my account over to Canada I lose them all, so I get an error message when I tried downloading it. In the meantime the voucher is an option, just frustrating that the payment keeps failing to go through.

@AsherProut You might need to wait 24 hours before trying again and try to use app instead and when you first log in allow location services on within the app when , but in meantime if your in a hurry you can go to shoppers drug mart and buy payment voucher and load funds *611 to resume services right away and worry about updating CC later
