Where did you purchase your voucher? Some locations take about 24 hours to "activate". There are also a couple sets of numbers on the voucher that customers can enter. Are you entering the right set of digits?
You could also enter the voucher number via the website, the PM app or dialing 611 on your phone. If one does not work, you can try another methods. The website is also finicky and has caching issues. Try to clear cache first, incognito mode or try a different web browser.

where you got the voucher and when you got it? Vouchers from some stores need to wait 24 hours before it can be used
and can you login My Account to load the voucher there? if not, try again by calling 1-855-4PUBLIC from another phone and load the voucher there
