Increasing fees. New plan

You are constantly increasing your fees even though I have been with public mobile for a very long time. Is there any affordable plan where you do not raise the fees?

are you currently on the $15 plan?

check My Account -> Change Subscription page, there should be a $18 plan (1GB data on 4G network) for those currently on $15 or $13 plan , that is the cheapest plan offered at the moment

@Heike1  This forum is monitored by customers just like you. That said, I don’t think any price is ever safe (groceries,gas, education, etc) and you just have to find the plan that works for your budget in the moment. If PM raises the prices (which doesn’t happen often once you subscribe) you are free to shop around and find the price that suits you once again.  Hope this helps
