Voicemail says 'full' to others, no messages when I check

Others have said my voicemail is full. However, when I dial in, there are no messages. Any solutions for this issue would be appreciated. Thank you

When you listen to the messagers are you deleting them?  If when checking the messages, you simply hung up, the messages would get saved even if you don't tell it to.  Please check for saved messages and manually removed them.

I think the most useful test is to call yourself from another phone, if your phone with PM sim card rings, no problem with porting then

For the voicemail, maybe you need PM support to help to reset your whole voicemail mailbox

Please submit a ticket with them:

at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

First type Contact,
then select the only choice there: "Contact..",
from the list of , choose "Other"
finally click link the blue link about submit a ticket
Another page will open and just follow: .

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM

If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can open ticket by private message (but this can take longer):

I have been with them only 1.5 months or so, and I have received a few voicemails to my Public Mobile...would that mean that the porting is working, or could there still be an error? Thank you

hi @sirhcretso1 did you just join PM and requested porting your number?  if so, likely the porting was stuck and people still calling your old VM
