Voicemail says 'full' to others, no messages when I check

Others have said my voicemail is full. However, when I dial in, there are no messages. Any solutions for this issue would be appreciated. Thank you

I have been with them only 1.5 months or so, and I have received a few voicemails to my Public Mobile...would that mean that the porting is working, or could there still be an error? Thank you
