I just set up.my Public Mobile account and activated the sim card. Number ported and everything works except accessing voicemail by holding the number 1 down on the key pad. I get "Missing voicemail number. No voicemail number is stored on the SIM card."
And then the options are Add Number or Ok. When I click the add number it goes into a set up screen and when I click on Voicemail - Set up it says voicemail number not set. Does anyone know how to get the number on the SIM card?

@Seppy , if you are running an android device, there should be a phone app setting to add a speed dial number for voicemail. I am not totally sure but I think on iOS it's using favorites.

Yes Rasti, I have rebooted it a couple of times now.

Have you tried rebooting the phone? When setting up a new or use phone it's a good idea helps clear old data that may cause conflicts with a new Service.

Thanks efdieO but I have already been to that link and there is nothing about how to get you number entered on your SIM. It assume the number is already entered. Thanks anyway.
