Try calling vmail access number from another phone or even from your mobile phone.
Press and hold '1'. Check which number is stored as access vmail number on your phone.

@blixner To listen to your voicemail, you need to long press the # 1 for a second or two on your phone's keypad and not just press it.

@blixner Try calling your mobile phone from another line and use # to retrieve VM. You'll need your PIN number though.
