Someone helped me with this before but I have forgotten - sorry. I have my phone shut off as I am in the USA but I would like to check and see if there are any voice mails. Would someone please tell me again how to do this. Thank you.

Just click on the RED dot and then follow the voice prompts ---

@darlicious- technically 🙂 I wasn't stating that it wasn't required. I don't think it is because you should be able to call your number. The fact that it doesn't connect and then it forwards to voicemail is fine. Or to dial the 778 I gave.
@NoreenKrueger- So you connect somehow...then you hear your greeting, then you quickly press *, then it will ask for your voicemail password, then you'll be in. The voicemail is not your 4 digit account pin. It might be. But it's not technically. You now know where and how to reset it from above.

I didn't think so but just wanted to confirm in case I was mistaken since I don't have first hand experience doing this....so thank you for confirming and listing the other options for resetting the voicemail pin# and accessing voicemail for the OP.
As you know unlike some I like to ask questions first then aim for the target. 🎯
Have at her you are good to go to reset your voicemail pin #.

@darlicious- Why would roaming be required? The self serve blanks the voicemail password thereby requiring a new one to be entered. One can also login to the chatbot and reset the password and it resets to the 10 digit number.
And of course one can also dial 1-778-580-4001 to get in to the voicemail system. The 1-855 number mentioned earlier is not correct for voicemail by the way.

After you press "*" it will ask you for your voicemail pin #. But you can reset your voicemail pin # thru your self serve account. I am wondering if you can do this without using your actual phone so before doing so let @Nezgar come online and confirm if it can be done in the US without a roaming add on? They are the resident expert on voicemail and such so it would be best to wait for their confirmation or advice. They are usually pretty good about answering the bat signal within a couple of hours if not sooner so continue to check in for their reply.

Yes I do have active service - pay my bill faithfully each month but because I am in the US and I do have a US phone I just turn my Public phone off. As I mentioned in the last reply when I enter my pin it says invalid so not sure what I am doing wrong. Thank you for your input though. It is appreciated .

Hi , thanks for the reply. When I did as you said it comes up and asks me for a password. I entered my pin that is registered and it says invalid entry. So when I press the * do I immediately enter my pin or wait for it to say something?

Call your phone number from another phone. When it connects to press "*" and enter your voicemail PIN #. You can now access your voicemail.
This can only be done if you have active service or you suspended your account via lost/stolen on or before midnight eastern on day 30 of your cycle.
