when I check for my voice messages her voice is so quiet I can’t here her. How to increase her volume?

was it just one VM?
maybe use some recording software to record it , and try to turn on the volume after

@Steveca Turn the volume up on your phone . Is about only thing you can do . That I’m aware of

@Steveca , sound levels are something controlled on your phone. Public Mobile cannot do anything about sound levels.
