Hi. iPhone 13 running iOS 18.

I have people calling me and they don’t get the voicemail. I disabled the voicemail on the iPhone as Publix troubleshooting logs told me to. Still have a problem people report phoning and all they hear is a click click. Also sometimes I have a missed call and it doesn’t show up so I don’t think it’s the phone. I think it’s Publix network

Settings, General, Transfer or Reset iPhone, Reset, Reset Network Settings. Then reboot.

yes iphone live is disabled

hi @Guy58 did you try Reboot Phone and Reset Network Settings? 

And did you try your sim on another phone?

and when you said Disable Voicemail, you meant iPhone Live Voicemail?

@Guy58 , if you are experiencing problems with the calling feature, having support reset the account can help.  I have had it done before.
