Since your S21+ is compatible just ignore the message. My spouse S8+ was a USA model and it was not compatible so we got the S25FE.

yes, some got the message even the phone is supposed to be supported. Turn out it was sent wrong
but i think you should take screenshot and then ask PM to confirm and keep a record
Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA when login, you might need to use email to receive if you cannot receive the text on the phone.) Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen
