Calling not working. Text and data work fine.

Tried resetting networks. Restarted phone. Turned phone off for a minute and turned back on. Turned on airplane mode and turned it off after 10 seconds. Still not working. Not sure how long as I dont usually phone people.

Unfortunately, all carriers will shutdown 3G in the future and you need a Samsung S22 or newer for it to be VoLTE compatible.

It is a Samsung S20. I entered the imei number in the link you provided and says it is not compatible. I guess I can't use Public Mobile anymore. Thanks for your help.

What is the make and model of your phone?

Your phone requires VoLTE to make and receive calls with the 3G shutdown.
