I am currently in Las Vegas and am trying to access my voicemail. Using the normal method of clicking the voicemail icon on my iPhone 7+ gets me a busy signal. Trying to call into my own number gets me a busy signal.
Anyone have any solution to this strange occurrence?

Wow. That's strange.
I have no idea why that would happen.

So as an update to this issue. It seems as though AT&T was the issue. Mary_K checked everything on her end and I tried a few things on my end. The one thing that seemed to work was by choosing the carrier manually. By selecting T-Mobile instead of AT&T the voicemail worked fine.
If if you are having issues, try changing the carrier. Worked for me.

Can you please send me your phone number via private message? I'll look into it for you 🙂 @diverman

Hey @diveman,
Here's another way to check your VM! Try calling your number from another phone, and reject the call. Once you hear your voicemail, simply press the star key (*) and enter your password - you will be able to access your voicemail 🙂
I hope this helps,
Mary

Tried the Fongo route and calling from my wife's phone and no luck. The call didn't even go to voicemail. It just rang and ran until it timed out.
Must be an issue with my voice mail.

@diveman, how about trying this workaround while you wait for moderator help. Use a data app to call your phone number and let the call go to voice mail. From there, enter the menu system to check for voice messages.
