Tried the Fongo route and calling from my wife's phone and no luck. The call didn't even go to voicemail. It just rang and ran until it timed out. Must be an issue with my voice mail.

I have the US text/Talk/250 plus 1gb add on. All is working well be when I try to access voicemail I just get a busy signal.

I entered the passwords once and haven't had to do it since. The computer auto-fills the field for the password after activation. I had Safari auto generate the password and then I just re-typed it in. Not so much of a problem.
