Activating a new SIM card for additional phone and keep getting error message (We were not able to process your payment. Make sure all information is correct or try again with a different card)

 

The card is the exact same one, reentered to ensure accuracy a few times, that Public Mobile debits the other 2 plans on.  Definitely sufficient funds and matching postal code.

Try what @JK8 suggested above, Incognito mode..

 

If it still fails, wait till tomorrow morning and try again with Incognito mode, it could be that you tried and failed too many times already.

Try clearing your browser cache and go incognito. Chrome works well.
