Very poor phone reception

I have an Iphone 14 plus. The last 2 weeks or so my phone reception is terrible. Most of the time when people call it drops and I have to call back. If we get to chat it’s very broken up and echos. I tried all the recommendations of turning off phone, cellular service, Airplane mode and resetting my network. I still just have 1 bar. It’s strange as I have not relocated or anything linked that.

Any help greatly appreciated.

My reception was great - no issues for several years. About a year ago it got so bad I can't use my phone often. Did you fix the issue

@Bill01  It’s just to help with voice . Your data may seem a bit slower in this setting . But only meant to help with voice then switch it back . But try phone in different areas as it could just be the a localized issue you were having . But it’s easy enough to test . Any place you happen to be

Okay thanks, I switched to 3G and have 3 bars. 

Do you know if this just impacts the phone talk feature?

@Bill01  Try putting your network to 3G  see if that helps with voice if it does leave it like that for a day or two and put back to 4G/LTE  5G whatever you have it in now basically
