Hello,
I put in my new visa number and registered it. I see it there, but not my old card number. Does it automatically remove the previous card?
I just want to make sure that the right card gets charged.

It's always better to have any card registered for the autopay reward while you sort out any issues adding a new card even if you pay by voucher for one month only a card is better than no card.

Hmmmm. And how will bill be paid then if new card is not accepted? Keeping 'old' card but not wanting to use it as payment instrument has no sense just to get $2 off. Not everybody is willing or want to use those vouchers.

Unless you want to completely remove your autopay using "replace your card" is best. If you have any issues getting the system to accept your replacement card your original card will remain on the account to earn the $2 reward.

Either you can replace or remove your card so it would your new credit card.
To update or remove your credit or Visa debit card details, sign in to Self-Serve. Once signed in, click on the ‘Payment’ tab, then scroll to the bottom of the page and select ‘Manage my card’. Here, you will have the option to either select ‘Replace this card’, where you can enter the details for your new card, or ‘Remove this card’. You will need to review and confirm this change to your account and then you’re all set..

Did you use the Replace card button?
Then the old card is automatically removed when you register the new card.
(You can't have 2 cards registered at the same time).
