it has nothing to do with PM sold you the phone or not. At this point, only a short list of phones can access VoLTE on PM network. And unfortunately, Huewai just didn't make the list

I got this one from PM and have all the network required bandwith.

sorry, Huawei is not on PM's VoLTE whitelist. Only selected phones on the list are currently VoLTE enabled on PM network:
