Updated my card information one week ago. Just got text saying current payment
failure because card information isn't correct.....but it should be.
So I go to card info update page; enter card information; click the "Save and proceed with payment; and get "Oops Something went wrong, please try again later" message.....
FOUR TIMES!

So here I am back trying to change card info and this is what I repeatedly get:
My cache(s) are cleared and I keep getting this. I have NEVER had these kind of problems with the old system......BEYOND frustrating that I am currently without phone service due to
buggy software. I need a staff tech to go into my account and fix this.....PLEASE!!!

HereI am back again, still trying to get system to work. Have ben a customer for a few years now, and this new system is screwing up continuously.
Here's a screenshot of what I'm dealing with:
I have tried this a few times and alkl I'm getting is this fail. So no phone service until
system will begin to function properly.
And are you THE staff person answering for Public Mobile, or are you another user?

The system has been known to only give two attempts before it thinks a fraud might be happening. Then you need to wait an hour to try another two times.

Try clearing the cache and go incognito on your browser before login to your account.
