Had PM account, sim activated with number
Payment lapsed for a few months
not sure of pm account info online
"Activating sim" says please enter valid sim
Is it possible for me to use this sim, given I don't know my account details, or do I need to buy a new one?

Put the sim in a phone and dial 611. What do you get? Dial 1-855-4pu-blic and enter the phone number. What do you get?
When did you last pay? 120 days (4 months) after that the account deactivates.

it takes 90 days past your last active plan's expiry with no payment for an account to be permanently deactivated and number lost.
If it hasn't been 90 days yet, you might be able to recover the old account and phone number by making a payment to restore service.
If it HAS been more than 90 days, the account has been permanently de-activated, and the SIM can not be re-used. You'll have to get a new SIM, and activate a new account and new phone number from scratch.

You'll need to buy a new SIM. Once account becomes inactive I believe the SIM is no longer valid.
