Just change your password. Click I forgot password and use the user name if you remember it. If that doesn't work try logging in from a computer.

Try another browser or device or use incognito mode. You can use your 4 digit pin and registered card and dial 611. You can buy vouchers and use 611 without the pin. You can use real time payments in some stores. And you can even use the chatbot to try to login and make payments there.
